Barrington Youth Dance Academy Outreach Program

The Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble's Outreach program raises awareness through off-site performances at public schools, community centers, senior citizens facilities, and support agencies.

The Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble takes their love of dance to the community, especially seniors who are unable to travel to our dance training facility or attend the performances.

Through a partnership with Gigi's Playhouse and Barrington Area Special Voices, BYDE is proud to offer dance workshops for children with special needs. These themed workshops are offered on a rotating basis. This program is underwritten by a grant from Barrington Children's Charities.

In addition, Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble offers financial need scholarships, discounted and complimentary theatre tickets to senior citizens and school age children. We are always looking for local schools or organizations who would be interested in a performance. Do not hesitate to contact us.
